Anne has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004 and earned her Broker License in 2007. She is a Continuing Masters Club member consisting of approximately 10% of Placer County Association REALTORS® memberships, and has been in the top 10% in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Anne is also an e-PRO REALTOR. An e-PRO has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.

Anne's background is in public relations, marketing, and advertising, with 25 years of professional experience serving the public. She was previously employed by a national homebuilder, as well as several Bay Area companies, including The San Francisco Giants, Spectrum Equity Investors, Cascade Communications Ventures, and California Pacific Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Anne graduated from California State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications & Journalism, with a Public Relations emphasis, and was accepted to a Post baccalaureate program.

Anne was born in San Francisco and lived in Marin County for 35 years. She also lived in Atlanta and Fresno, before finding the perfect spot to settle down in six years ago--Roseville, California.

Tim has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004 and was a computer programmer/ analyst for many years before making the transition to real estate. He was born and raised in the Fresno area. His background includes 25 years of professional work experience, as well as extensive experience in home renovation including a 1930s Tudor. One of his favorite hobbies is working on his 1965 Mustang fastback. Tim graduated cum laude from California State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics-Computer Science.
